DESCARTES' MEDITATION II??? I NEED SERIOUS HELP!!?
I have a Philosophy paper due on Descartes' wax example in the second meditation. I have no clue what this stuff is about For my paper I have to describe the wax example in my own words. I also have to state what I think the example proves for Descartes, and why the proof is important to his overall project. My professor also wants us discuss his accounts of the difference between accidents and essence.

For example, if I think that I believe P, then I do believe P, and if I believe P, then I am aware that I do. what are some criticisms of descartes argument for doubting the senses and his method of radical doubtMore specifically...Descartes responded to an objection by saying that the senses do not correct eachother, it is our mind that determines which perception is to be believed.
