Question: Question about weight lost through spiritual practice of yoga, meditation, buddhism, etc.. that sort of thing?

I am twenty years old. This year has been one of spiritual awakening for myself. Seven months ago I started a spiritual practice. In a nutshell, today my practice consists of yoga in the morning, mindful breathing meditation morning and night, mindful effort to stay present throughout the day, and basically thinking of how to integrate the Dharma more wholly into my life. More recently, in the past couple months, I've undergone very noticeable changes in body and mind. This is where my question comes in. I am six feet tall. I have always been very slim, weighing at maximum 150 pounds at some point last year. Today I weigh around 133 pounds. I feel great and in better touch with my body than I've ever been. I am more flexible and stronger than before. I have more energy, I'm happier, more positive, I have better relationships... and so on... My question here is, Is there a point where I've lost too much weight? My diet has changed in the past few months as well. I now eat mostly vegetarian, a lot less junk food, and I do eat less than I used to, but I get three meals a day with decent servings for each meal. So I'm looking for opinions about this, hopefully from some people who are experienced on a similar path. I placed this question here in the spirituality section for this reason. I know I rambled on for this question so I thank you for bearing with me. Peace.

Q- I am six feet tall and weigh around 133 pounds. Is there a point where I've lost too much weight? A- I think you are slightly underweight. You may use the Body Mass Index to determine the Ideal Body Weight for your height. See the below link. But one wants to gain more muscle than fat by eating more meat and performing weight training exercises. Yoga is one of them. You need protein to build muscle and to build up your immune system. You are doing fine with your mental exercise. But better yet, you want to learn more about Buddhism. Please see the below link. You will naturally retain more fat when you are 30 and older. A lot of people have a problem of obesity when they get older.
