Meditation methods differ. Usually the mind and body need to be quiet in order to experience the shift between dimensions that deep meditation brings. If you are only looking for a way to relax after a stressful day, then do what you are doing. If you are looking to connect with the Higher Self and the Higher Plain, then you need to start concentrating on the Buddhist method of meditation. |
